I have stayed several times expecting it to get better but it doesn't. Overall not a terrible experience but not one that makes me want to come back.Īliante appears very nice when you arrive and the front entrance valet greeters make you feel welcomed but the experience ends there. I would have to park in the lot across the lot from the hotel which is extremely inconvenient considering I was only going to the hotel and not the casino and I was a solo female.
At most I saw them use one row in the actual parking lot! It was very hard to find parking at night and a pain when they only have one entrance open to get in. The other thing is I’m seriously annoyed at how much parking space valet took! They had nearly three rows of parking for valet plus two side lots. I never heard back from them after that either. The wifi was not working while we were there too and they said everyone was having problems and signal is pretty bad in the hotel.
The rooms could stand a little bit of updating, our fridge was barely working even when turned on max, the tv is outdated, and the bed was very stiff. This experience though brought some things to my attention. After staying here last year to visit family I was pleasantly surprised at such a nice hotel in NLV.
